Términos de uso

Al usar AE aceptas lo siguiente. Está escrito corto y en claro a propósito.

Qué es AE

Una herramienta para preparar facturas y cotizaciones. AE calcula los totales y arma el documento, pero no es un contable ni un asesor fiscal. Tú eres responsable de que lo que factures sea correcto y de cumplir con Hacienda.

Tu cuenta

• Necesitas una cuenta y eres responsable de mantener tu contraseña a salvo.
• La información que introduzcas debe ser tuya o tener permiso para usarla.
• No uses AE para nada ilegal ni para emitir documentos falsos.

Suscripción

• AE se paga por suscripción, cobrada a través de tu cuenta de Apple.
• Incluye un periodo de prueba gratuito. Si no cancelas antes de que termine, la suscripción empieza a cobrarse.
• Se renueva sola hasta que la canceles.
• Cancelas desde Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones en tu iPhone, al menos 24 horas antes de la siguiente renovación.
• Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus propias condiciones.
• Si cambiamos el precio, te lo diremos antes y podrás cancelar.

Tus datos

Tu contenido es tuyo. Nosotros solo lo guardamos para que la aplicación funcione. Puedes borrar tu cuenta y todo su contenido en cualquier momento desde Empresa → Configuración → Eliminar cuenta. Los detalles están en la política de privacidad.

Copias de seguridad

Guardamos tu información con cuidado, pero ningún sistema es infalible. Para documentos importantes, descarga el PDF y consérvalo también por tu cuenta.

Garantías y responsabilidad

AE se ofrece tal como está. Ponemos empeño en que funcione bien y en que los cálculos sean correctos, pero no podemos garantizar que esté libre de fallos ni disponible sin interrupciones. En la medida que permita la ley, nuestra responsabilidad se limita a lo que hayas pagado por la suscripción en los últimos doce meses.

Dicho de otro modo, y con honestidad: revisa tus facturas antes de mandarlas.

Cancelación por nuestra parte

Podemos cerrar una cuenta que use AE para actividades ilegales o que perjudique el servicio para los demás. Si eso pasa, te avisaremos y podrás descargar tu información.

Cambios

Si estos términos cambian, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha. Los cambios importantes se avisan dentro de la aplicación.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.

By using AE you agree to the following. It is deliberately short and plain.

What AE is

A tool for preparing invoices and quotes. AE calculates totals and assembles the document, but it is not an accountant or a tax advisor. You are responsible for what you invoice being correct and for meeting your tax obligations.

Your account

• You need an account and are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• The information you enter must be yours or something you have permission to use.
• Do not use AE for anything illegal or to issue false documents.

Subscription

• AE is paid by subscription, billed through your Apple account.
• It includes a free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins billing.
• It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their own terms.
• If we change the price, we will tell you beforehand and you may cancel.

Your data

Your content is yours. We store it only so the app works. You can delete your account and all of its content at any time from Company → Settings → Delete account. Details are in the privacy policy.

Backups

We store your information carefully, but no system is infallible. For important documents, download the PDF and keep a copy of your own too.

Warranties and liability

AE is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable and the calculations correct, but we cannot guarantee it is free of defects or always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid in subscription fees over the last twelve months.

Put plainly and honestly: review your invoices before you send them.

Termination by us

We may close an account used for illegal activity or that harms the service for others. If that happens, we will notify you and you will be able to download your information.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date. Significant changes are announced inside the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
